The person selected to fill this position must be flexible in the hours of work and will be required to work some weekends. Computer and Customer Service Skills are critical to this position as well as knowledge of the streets in the Links service area (Little Rock/North Little Rock).  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

•Take customer requests for service and make confirmation callbacks.

• Develop driver schedules from service requests, using computerized scheduling software.

• Data entry, record keeping, preparation of reports and correspondence.

• Provide customer information.

Qualifications:

•Must be high school graduate or equivalent; two years of college preferred.

•Good computer skills

•One (1) year of dispatching experience

•Good language and composition skills

•Ability to read maps; familiarity with streets and landmarks in the LR/NLR area.

•Math and record-keeping skills

•Excellent public relations skills, clear speaking voice.

Full package of benefits; health, dental, vision, life, deferred compensation, and paid vacation & sick time. Starting rate of pay $15.38.
